SNPC Global has built NV City into two separate phases rather than one continuous township, and that distinction matters more than the shared brand name suggests. Sector 6, in Pipli, sits practically on the KMP Expressway, a hundred metres away by the developer's own figures, with a club house, gym and an in-site school planned for residents who want daily conveniences close by. Sector 10A, in Barona, is a larger 15.14-acre parcel further from the expressway but closer to NH 334B, aimed at a June 2029 completion. Across both phases the developer talks about a combined 100+ acre footprint, wide internal roads from 10m to 24m, and more than 70% of the land kept as open or green space, though that figure is the developer's own claim, not something we've independently measured. If you're comparing NV City to other projects in this belt, the phase you're shown matters as much as the brand.
